Saint Victor la Coste & La Sabranenque, Part I.

I posted some of my photos from my two weeks volunteering with La Sabranenque in Saint Victor la Coste, France in the left sidebar. Saint Victor la Coste is a picturesque village in Provence, in the Cote du Rhone wine region. The village has all of two sleepy bars, one small store and a pharmacy, but boasts a wonderful preserved castle, the Castellas, or La Sabranenque (I’m assuming that the castle is called Sabranenque because it was built by vassals to the Count of Toulouse, the Sabrans). Take a look at the flickr photos and you’ll get my low down on the program tomorrow. À la prochaine!
